Step-by-step: stop chatbot from launching automatically, only when visitor clicks on the chat button (Version 7)

To prevent your chatbot from starting automatically, but only when a visitor clicks on the chat button:
1. Login to your chatbot account.
2. On the top menu bar, press the "Tools & Settings" button.
3. Inside "Tools & Settings" page, select "Triggers".
4. Turn the "Timed trigger" to "OFF".
5. Turn the "Exit trigger" to "OFF".
6. Press "Save changes".

To see the change on your site, clear your browser history and cache and reload the page.
